Dept. of Natural Resources <br />This letter contains, on behalf of our client Castle Concrete <br />Company, a Colorado corporation, the original receipt of the <br />E1 Paso County Clerk & Recorder, reflecting that the law <br />firm of EVANS & BRIGGS did place, pursuant to the terms of <br />C.R.S. 1973, as amended, Section 34-32-112(10)(a), a copy of <br />all materials, excepting Exhibit P-L-1 Reclamation Costs, <br />excluded as confidential, on February 26, 1982, at the <br />approximate hour of 3:00 o'clock P.M. <br />Our records reflect that the Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />was delivered four (4) copies, plus the Amendment Application <br />fee of $420.00, the Permit Amendment Application on February <br />26, 1982, by Robert Halstead, Reclamation Officer of Castle <br />Concrete Company, a Colorado corporation. <br />Please advise us, at the earliest opportunity, of the completeness <br />of the application, so that we can cause a public notice to <br />commence to be published.
