All items in this list may <br />not be applicable to every proposal. Likewise, certain proposals may require additional <br />acruunling. <br />_ ]s there a well within 600 feet of the permitted well location? <br />X Phase use 70 percent of annual precipitation as effective precipitation in calculation of <br />ncl monthh~ pond evaporation. <br />Nule: l'ou may claim ice cover fur Januarc and Fehruary to decrease the evaporative <br />losses. but you nerd documentation for additional months. <br />_ Please provide documentation for historic consumptive Llse credits. <br />
