April 19, 2003 M-1997-027 TR - Ol A.J. Both Construction & Gravel <br />Description of Map Revisions: <br />1. Exhibit E Rec1 Rev. #2 (Reclamation Plan Map) <br />The Reclamation Plan Map has been revised to show the reduction in acreage from 9.76 to 6.99 <br />acres. Cross section A-A' has been revised to indicate the area removed from the permit <br />boundary. It has also been revised in title, date and signature of preparer. No changes have been <br />made to the Reclamation Plan as it relates the remaining permitted acreage. <br />2. Exhibit E Mining Rev. #2 {Pre-Mining /Mining Plan Map) <br />The Pre-Mining /Mining Plan Map has been revised to show the reduction in acreage from 9.76 <br />to 6.99 acres. Cross section A-A' has been revised to indicate the area removed from the permit <br />boundary. The detail showing the "Typical Perimeter Berm" has been labeled as cross section <br />B-B' and is now shown on the plan view. The "Note" regarding man made structures has been <br />modified to include the teat; "with independent access." The revised note is to reflect that the <br />operator has constructed a separate and independent access to the residence such that he may <br />avoid traversing the permit area for residential access. The notes designating "Owners of <br />Affected Area," "Owners of Substance to Be Mined," and "O rotor," have all been updated as <br />"A. J. Botti Construction & Gravel." A note has been added to "call out" the runoff control <br />berm as designed in the original permit application. The residential structwe is now shown <br />within the area that has been removed from the permit boundary. A propane tank for the <br />residential structure (not shown) has also been removed from the permit boundary. The <br />adjoiners to the property boundary have been updated to reflect current ownership as now shown <br />in the Delta County Assessors records. The map has also been revised in title, date and signature <br />of preparer. No changes have been made to the Mining Plan as it relates the remaining <br />permitted acreage. <br />Mine Site Revisions: <br />The mine site boundary markers of the "permit boundary" have been revised in the field to <br />delineate the reduced acreage.
