County Special Use Addendum SP <br />1.) A majority of the permit site has an active County Special Use Permit. The additional Scott <br />Expansion area will require a Special Use Permit Application. The following Exhibit is a <br />guide to locating required County Special Use permit information within the CDMG permit <br />application. This Exhibit also includes information not pertinent to the CDMG permit <br />application but required by the County Special Use Permit. <br />2.) Water will be intimately involved with this site, due to mining below the water table. All <br />water issues involved with extraction and processing can be found in Exhibit G of the CDMG <br />Permit Application. Potable water will be brought onsite for workers. Portable Sanitary <br />Facilities will be provided for workers as well. <br />3.) The site planlmap is included in Exhibit C and Exhibit F of the CDGM Permit Application. <br />Map C-I represents the pre-mining condition of the site. Map C-2 and C-3 represents the <br />ultimate mining limits for the site, and Map F-1 and F-2 represent the site after final <br />reclamation has been completed. Adjacent roadways can be seen on all of the maps. <br />4.) Map B-1 of the CDMG Permit Application shows the surrounding azeas of the proposed <br />azeas. <br />5.) Property boundazies aze shown in Map C-1 of the CDMG Application. A list of property <br />owners within 200' of the site is included in Exhibit C. <br />b.) A copy of the deeds and leases associated with the CDMG Permit Area are included in <br />Exhibit N. <br />7.) Greg Lewicki and Associates is acting as an agent for the Landowner and Operator for the <br />site. Please see the letters enclosed in this Exhibit. <br />8.) Please see the following statements which specifically address the appropriate Zoning <br />Regulations. <br />5.03.07.1(A) All water issues are addressed in Exhibit of the Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology (CDMG) 112 Permit Amendment Application. <br />5.03.07.1(B) As strictly dictated by the CDMG, mine site may not cause impact outside the <br />permit boundary. The impact of vapor and dust will be mitigated by keeping <br />haul roads and active portions of the pit watered down. Emissions, such as <br />vapor, dust, smoke, and noise, from mobile equipment and processing plants is <br />strictly governed by vazious Federal, State, and County agencies.
