Control of noxious weeds <br />will consist of mechanical treatment and/or appropriate herbicide treat- <br />ments. Whenever herbicides are used, application will be under the super- <br />vision of qualified individuals. Also, herbicides will be used so as to <br />not endanger fish or other wildlife species. <br />Due to the small area of the proposed sand and gravel operation, only one <br />road into the area after reclamation will be needed.
