RECLAMATION PLAN <br />EXHIBIT E <br />The proposed future use is to be livestock pasture/rangeland the same <br />as its current use. <br />Bumgarner Ranches Reclamation plan is to follow the three different <br />mining and reclamation phases, which consist of a 3:1 or flatter slope of the <br />pit wall will be done as mining is moving forward and at a point where <br />enough back sloping is done. Topsoil will be placed a minimum of 4"- 6" <br />deep and seeding done following soil conservation service plan (See <br />~ attached plan) <br />Overburden and Topsoil will be stockpiled. Top soiling and seeding <br />will be done every year or two depending upon how much gravel is <br />removed. The gravel market varies from year to year. Complete Top soiling <br />of the pit floor area will have to be done will be completed after the <br />equipment is moved out. <br />Reclamation costs will be for Topsoil and Seeding as for the <br />backfilling, resloping, and grading is being done while mining is taking <br />place. <br />Bumgardner Ranches will follow the Soil Conservation Service Plan <br />for Reclamation (see attached plan) <br /> <br />
