Long <br />Hygiene, CO 80533 Division Director <br />RE: Westem Mobile Boulder, Inc/Lafazge <br />Lyons Pit, Permit M-74-015 <br />Miller-Gregory Pit, Permit M-82-034 <br />Dear Mr. Cargill, <br />On September 3, 1999, the Division of Minerals and Geology conducted an inspection of the Lyons Pit, <br />Permit No. M-74-015 and the Miller Pit (Gregory), Permit No. M-82-034 in response to your letter <br />dated August 15, 1999. A copy of the inspection report is enclosed. <br />Based on the September 3, 1999 inspection and a review of the files, the Division does not believe that <br />Western Mobile Boulder, Inc./Lafazge is in violation of the conditions of the Lyons Permit, the Miller <br />Permit or the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. <br />Any party who disagrees with this finding may appeal this decision to the Division. Pursuant to Rule <br />2.6.1 of the construction Materials Rules and Regulations, the appeal would be scheduled for <br />consideration before the Mined Land Reclamation Boazd.
