Permit C-82-056
Per our conversation of 13 January, TCC is submitting the enclosed Page 2.05-13(h) in addition
to those materials contained in the original application. TCC proposes to drill a 42" diameter
hole which will allow installation of a perforated 30" well casing into the spoils immediately
adjacent to Site 114. This will allow TCC to utilize a larger column of water to ensure adequate
supply and avoid possible pump damage resulting from cavitation. This casing will then be
connected to the previously installed pumphouse and underground waterline at Site 114.
When the site is to be reclaimed, the hole will be grouted and backfilled prior to topsoiling.
Should you have any questions or comments, please contact me at your convenience.
Sincerely,
Marcus A. Middleton
Environmental Specialist
MAM:dg
