This decision will be <br />published in the San Miguel Basin Forum, as soon as possible. Publication of the <br />notice initiates a thirty (30) day public comment period. If, within thirty days, there <br />aze no requests for an adjudicatory hearing, the decision will become final. <br />As an interested party, you have the right to an adjudicatory hearing as outlined <br />under Rule 3.03.2(6) of the Rules and Regulations. The request for an adjudicatory <br />hearing must be written and state with specificity the reasons why the hearing is <br />requested.
