There is a
considerable amount of use by various typee of wildlife that vee this area on a
rather consistent schedule, such as deer, elk, antelope and other game and non-game
animals. Sage grouse use the area to a considerable extent and blue grouse to a
lessor extent. There are no known threatened or endangered species using the area
on a regular basis, however, bald eagles and peregrine falcons migrate through the
area on a regular basis and may use the area to hunt at these times.
It ie recommended that the reclamation as indicated in the original permit, be
continued.
Sincerely,
DB/jk
cc: File
Moss
Harrison
Bredehoft
D nnn Bbgart
Environmenta Biologist
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, James S.
