Aggregate Source Quarry -Amendment Application <br />Permit No. M-77-193 <br />Dear Mr. Tezak: <br />The Division has reviewed all contents of your September 3, 1996 amendment <br />application for 100 permitted acres and recommends approval contingent upon two <br />(2) conditions. The conditions of approval are as follows: <br />1) T.H.E. Aggregate Source, Inc. will supply a financial warranty in ti.-Le amount <br />of $603,721 within 60 days of Board approval; and <br />2) T.H.E. Aggregate Source, Inc. will cease and desist from any d:.sturbance <br />outside the existing 30 permitted acres until al] stormwater mtinagement <br />structures as specified in the amendment application have been constructed <br />and are deemed by a registered professional engineer to be fiinctioning <br />properly. <br />The Division will present this recommendation before the Colorado DRine Land <br />Reclamation Board at the May 21, 1997 Board Meeting to be held in La Junta. <br />Sincerely, <br />.,/~-mac / <br />/ ~~~«~ <br />Thomas A.
