In accordance with Section 34-44-109(7)(d) of the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Mining Reclamation Act and Section 2.08.5(2) of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, Trapper Mining, Inc. needs to submit a complete <br />application for renewal of the permit at least 180 days prior to the expiration of the permit. <br />Filing of a complete application for permit Renewal No. 3 shall be submitted prior to . <br />Submittal of the application by June 25, 2002 will allow for the Division to determine <br />completeness of the application in accordance with the criteria set forth in Section 2.08.5 and <br />2.07.3 of the Board's Regulations, by July 4, 2002. <br />Please contact me should you have any questions. <br />Sincerely, ` <br />S _-~~. <br />Janet .
