Sediment control will <br />be provided by existing ditches, culverts, and sedimentation ponds. <br />Bowie Resources LTD has revised their existing water usage figures for the mine to address the <br />washing of an estimated 1.8 million tons per year. Based upon Bowie Resources LTD's <br />estimates, the net effect of Technical Revision 27 will result in an additiona169.0 ac/ft average <br />annual depletion to the North Fork of the Gunnison River in the Upper Colorado River Basin <br />from 256.9 ac/ft to 325.9 ac/ft. <br />
