<br />other good and valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
<br />acL~nowledged, has remised, released, sold and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents does
<br />remise, release, sell and convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns,
