However, due <br />to certain regulatory requirements, it has become necessary to make the change in the boundary of the federal lease <br />C-023703 instead of the new lease. <br />WFU has applied to BLM Colorado State Office for en adjustment to the lease C-023703 boundary by adding about <br />20 acres of adjoining land. The legal descripGOn of the adjustment azea is S 1/2 N1/2 SE1/4 of Section 35 in T3N, <br />R101W, Rio Blanco County. A copy of this applica[ion has been submitted to you. WFU hereby requests a <br />modification to the referenced technical revision application to refer to the change in the boundary of lease C-023703. <br />A Public Notice regarding the modified technical revision application will be published in The Rangely Times.
