- ~ ~. <br />disturbances and all federal lands within a ~~ssignated area including amendment 6 <br />boundaries were proposed for land exchange..w~th CC&V. In that instance, there <br />were two federal actions each determined at `that time to require NEPA compliance <br />and section 106 consultation under the NHPA. Until we determine federal lands <br />are to be disturbed or otherwise impacted by CC&V mining activities, BLM <br />involvement in the current permitting process will be coordination only. <br />This letter is limited to BLM authority and responsibility relating to amendment <br />7 and is not written with the intent to reflect upon authority or responsibility <br />of any other federal or state agency.
