In <br />addition coal refuse is specifically identified as a suitable fill material for plugging shafts <br />above 50 feet from the bottom of the coalbed per 30 CFR § 75.1711-1. <br />MR 127 <br />Blue Mountain Energy has experienced several leaks in our main raw waterline during the <br />.past several years. MR 127 proposes a replacement for one section of this line. This <br />section follows a new corridor paralleling County Road 65. The proposed waterline would <br />be constructed outside of the road right-of--way. The proposed route along with a 50 foot <br />construction corridor is shown on Map 22.
