<br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />Petition for Reconsideration <br />Red Canyon Quarry <br />Permit No. M-1985-043 <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board has received two petitions for reconsideration of their <br />decision to approve the Red Canyon Quany amendment application, over objections. The petitions for <br />reconsideration were submitted on behalf of objecting parties by Anna Weiland and James E. Lockhart <br />who is Chair of the Pikes Peak Sierra Club Group. Both of the petitions were submitted in a flmely <br />manner. <br />Pursuant to Construction Materials Rule 2.9.3 and 2.9.4, the petitions will be presented to the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board as one agenda item during its September 19-20, 2001 meeting. <br />The September 19-20, 2001 Board meeting will occur in Room 318 at 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado, beginning at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matters can be considered.
