need for a condition to the approval of this amendment application pursuant to man-made <br />structures. Any stability analysis provided after approval of this amendment application will <br />need to be submitted as a modification to the permit. Any agreement(s) with an owner or owners <br />of a permanent man-made structure to allow excavation within 200 feet of such structure maybe <br />submitted as a clarification to the permit without the need fora modification to the permit. <br />Once again, I will look forward to your response on or before May 13, 2002. Rule 1.8.1 states <br />that changes and additions to the permit application must be filed with the Division and the <br />County Clerk and Recorder. The applicant must also provide the Division with an affidavit or <br />receipt demonstrating that the change or addition was filed with the County Clerk and Recorder <br />no later than the close of business on the day the change was filed with the Division.
