The <br />revised material is provided to satisfy outstanding concerns from the Division's letters dated May <br />18, 1994, December 2, 1994 and January 4, 1995. Also, attached are individual responses [o the <br />outstanding concems. To assist the reviewer, the comments have been reproduced in italics <br />immediately followed by the response. <br />It is P&M's understanding that all outstanding issues regarding TR-30 have been resolved with the <br />possible exception of Comments 1, 2, 19, and 21 of the CDMG adequacy letter dated November <br />17, 1994. These comments relate to cost estimates for reclamation obligations on West Ridge <br />which no longer exist. It is P&M's belief that the new rules to be passed by the CMLRB during <br />the May 1995 meeting will enable the Division to withdraw these comments from the Midterm <br />Review. Should the Division's revised policy on bond estimation not enable the withdrawal of <br />these comments pursuant to the revised rules, please contact us for further discussions relating to <br />this matter. <br />In order for the revised Table of Contents to be consistent with the permit volumes, the permit <br />binder currently designated as volume 12A (West Ridge Hydrologic Reconstruction Plan) needs to <br />be changed to be volume 11A and the contents of l la and 12 need to be reorganized to be <br />consistent with the Table of Contents. <br />
