iiiiiiiiiiii-ii-ii <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc., a Utah Corporation, has filed with the Office of the Division o1 <br />Minerals and Geology, an application for a Technical Revision to the Carbon Junction <br />Mine, Permit No. C-92-080. The revision pertains to a proposed temporary cessation of the <br />mine operations in response to the lack of coal markets for the mine. The temporary <br />cessation will delay the mining timetable set forth in the above referenced permit until coal <br />markets are identified for the mine. The temporary is proposed for an indefinite period of <br />time. The only changes proposed in the revision for the permit will be a minor change in the <br />water monitoring program. Other environmental compliance measures will be as <br />established in the approved permit. <br />The Carbon Junction Mine is located approbmately 2.5 miles east of Durango, Colorado . <br />There will be no change in the permit acreage. The 7.5 minute Durango East and Loma <br />Linda USGS Quadrangle maps showthe above described area. The surface is owned by <br />Oakridge Energy. Inc., a public company. <br />A copy of the Technical Revision application is available for public inspection at the La <br />Plata County Courthouse in Durango, Colorado.
