I have the following comments concerning the drawings. <br />1. The drawings don't appear to be numbered for placement in the approved permit <br />application package. Unless you already have this information, the operator should <br />number the exhibits. <br />2. Rule 2.05.3(4)(a)(i)(B) requires the operator to submit cross sections of impoundments. <br />The drawing depicting the sewage lagoons includes cross sections. The others (5-P5, <br />5-P6, and 5-P7; 9-P2; and 9-P3) do not. Please have the operator provide cross sections <br />of the ponds and embankments as reyuired. <br />3. Please have the operator provide details for the emergency spillways for ponds 9-P2 and <br />9-P3, as required by Rule 4.05.6(7). Specifically, we need dimensions of the depth, <br />width, length, and sideslopes, and specifics of any channel lining in place. <br />SLB\091393.WP <br /> <br />
