Long,
Division Director
The Division has found complete and approved Cyprus Empire's minor
revision to 1) change Map 24 ("Eagle No. 6 Mine Five Year
Projection") to show the relocation of a portion of the Amoco
pipeline and 2) to make changes to page 2.05.6 (6)-13R.
Contingent upon this approval, is that Cyprus Empire will submit
three copies of renumbered page 2.05.6 (6)-13R by September 1,
1992.
As you are aware, Cyprus will need to continue to comply with the
language in its permit (page 2.05.(6)-13R) that states that it will
not conduct full extraction operations within 100 horizontal feet
of the Amoco pipeline.
Thank you for your help in this matter.
