This meeting will be held, beginning at 9:00 a.m. each day, in <br />Room 318 of the centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado. The Board <br />may act on the petition in one of three different ways (Rule 2.9): <br />1. The Board may grant or deny the petition based solely on the writ teen submittal; <br />2. the Board may, in its discretion, grant the petitioner an opportunity to present <br />oral arguments; <br />3. if no action ie taken on the petition, it shall be deemed denied on the sixtieth <br />day following receipt of the petition (August 12, 1995). <br />I would recommend that the City of Boulder be represented at the July, 1995 meeting of <br />the Board, in the event that it ie the Board's pleasure to select option no. 2 listed <br />above. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />/i'" ~~ ~/J <br />`~ Allen C.
