Lung <br />Drcision DireUOr <br />Re: Bromley Lakes Pit, Permit No. M-87-049, Receipt of Regulaz Operation (112) Reclamation Permit <br />Amendment Application, AM-0O1 <br />Deaz Mr. Timmons: <br />review can begin: <br />On June 5, 1995, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your amendment application package <br />(AM-001) for the Bromley Lakes Pit, Permit No. M-87-049. Preliminary review determined that the <br />following items must be submitted before your application can be considered submitted and technical <br />Rule 1.6.2(ll(bl (Effective May 1. 19951: You must post a notice at the location of the proposed <br />mine site of sufficient size and number to cleazly identify the site as the location of a proposed <br />mining operation giving your name, address, and phone number, and stating that you have applied <br />for a mining permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd. Your notice must also <br />state that anyone wishing to comment on the application may view the application at the Adams <br />County Clerk and Recorder's Office and should send comments prior to the end of the public <br />comment period to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division, Room 215, 1313 Sherman <br />St, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />After posting this notice you must provide a signed affidavit that such notice has been posted <br />according to the provisions of this Rule and submit the affidavit to the Division. <br />A sample of this notice and affidavit is enclosed for your use. Please be sure to place a copy of <br />the affidavit at the Clerk and Recorder's office. <br />You may amend the application by submitting all of the requested items. In accordance with Rule 1.8, <br />anew decision date will be established 90 days from the date of receipt of alf requested items. If you <br />have already initiated newspaper publication, you will need to republish notice which specifies the final <br />date for receiving comments is twenty (20) days after the fourth publication or the next regulaz business <br />day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there aze no other technical deficiencies in your <br />application. The Division will review your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the <br />requirements of the Act after submittal of all required items. <br />
