The replacement Warranty shall be <br />sufficient to cover the cost of reclamation liabilitj/ unless the state conducts <br />an inspection and concurs with the federal land management agency finding. <br />Pursuant to Rule 4.2.1(81, please provide documentation verifying the amount of warranty <br />posted with the federal land management agency and available for reclamation costs <br />associated with the Burros Mine, and the provision required by Rule 4.2.118), highlighted <br />above by bold underlined print. <br />Please submit the documents and provision, required by Rule 4.2.1181, through the <br />Technical Revision process, as described under Rule 1.9.
