The application decision is <br />scheduled for August 31, 1994. <br />Copies of the application are available for review at the El Paso County Clerk <br />& Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, <br />Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All comments or objections must be submitted in writing in order to be <br />considered in the amendment application review process. The tentative date <br />for final comment is July 18, 1994, and is subject to change. The final date <br />for receiving comment is determined by the date of the fourth publication by <br />the applicant. <br />
