Long <br />Division Direcloi <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) approved a final bond release for the above referenced coal <br />mining permit, e)fective July 26, 1999. Cm July 28, 1999, DMG terminated its jurisdiction over the <br />reclaimed mine, and the bond has been resumed to the permittee, MINREC, Inc. <br />In accordance with Rule 5.02.4 (1) of the Regulations oC the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for <br />Coal Mining, the records the operator had placed on file at the Delta County Courthouse for the Red <br />Canyon Mines are no longer required to be available to the public.
