The maximum amount of financial warranty for a Limited Imp~~t Operation is x5000.00.* If you wish to conmit to a x5,000.00 financial war nty, then you do not need to provide an estimate of reclamation costs. If y~. want to post a financial warranty in a lesser amount, then you must provide an estimate of the actual costs to reclaim the site based on what it would cost an independent contractor to complete reclamation Including unit costs for the following activities as appropriate to the operation: backfilling, grading, topsoil application, seeding, mulching, fertilization, and labor. * The Board will assess a financial warranty not to exceed x15,000.00 for aqy mining operation which uses cyanide compounds in a leaching process.
