Also the issues are discussed below. 1) Water Rights information is enclosed. These aze intended to be placed in Appendix A. 2) A copy of the notice is enclosed. 3) The berm is aheady in place and is built from raw gravel. 4)The operator/owner is awaze of this fact and it will be addressed when the extraction has been completed. 5)We have added to the initial NRCS recommended seeding for non-irrigated azeas. The addition of 3 grass species and 2 shmb species have produced a more diverse seeding plan. 6)Due to the existing topography and no intention to continue mining in this azea, the isolation berm is not necessary and will be removed during the fmal grading of the slopes prior to seeding. Map C-2 has been changed to reflect this. 7)The CKP ditch is elevated over Skillman Gulch. This allows the CKP ditch to flow without pumping. This has been noted on Map C-2. 8)The new ditch location has not been changed, but the ditch relocation plans now include a bentonite lining surfaced with a pea gravel for erosion protection. The modified pages and Map are enclosed. Copies have been made and are being submitted to the County Clerk and the operator/owner.
