Superior Western <br />Corporation does not own any part of Eastside Coal Company <br />or Eastside Energy Corporation. Superior western Corporation <br />is strickly an Engineering Contractor doing work for Eastside <br />Energy Corporation at this site. <br />hopefully this will clear up the situation and you can <br />proceed with the renewal of the permit.
