<br /> <br />• AMENDMENT TO CLAY MINING LEASE <br />That Clay Mining Lease dated September 30, 1977, <br />between R. L. WINGO and B. J. WINGO as Lessors and THE SUMMIT <br />PRESSED BRICK AND TILE COMPANY, a Colorado corporation, as <br />Lessee, as extended and renewed by Second Extension of Clay <br />Mining Lease dated April 5, 1986, is hereby amended as <br />follows: ' <br />The description of the property leased is hereby <br />amended to be the following real property in <br />Fremont County, Colorado, to-wit: The West 1/2 of <br />the Southwest 1/4 of Section 4, and the Northeast <br />1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township 18 <br />South, Range 71 West of the Sixth Principal <br />Meridian. <br />Except as herein amended or modified, all other terms <br />and conditions of said Clay Mining Lease and Extensions <br />thereof remain in full force and effect, and shall be binding <br />upon the heirs, successors and assi ns of the parties hereto. <br />Agreed to this ~ day of , 1992. <br />• LESSORS: ESSEE: <br />THE SUMMIT PRESSED BRICK <br />R.
