T11e responses were received on November 25, 1998. <br />Items 1, 2, 3 , 6 and 7 were adequately responded to. <br />Item nlmlber 4 provided a SEDCAD demonstration to show that the altemarive sediment <br />control designs would be appropriate for long term sediment control off the site since the pad <br />will remain un vegetated while it is used for livestock corrals. The following observations and <br />comments result from the Division's review of the demonstration: <br />
