The application is considered both complete and adequate as of <br />December 7, 1998. The public comment period also initiates as of this date. <br />A copy of the application is available in our office for public review. <br />It is our understanding that another minor revision application will be <br />submitted shortly, and that application will include three copies of the <br />Permit Renewal Maps numbered 5 and 7. Also, the application will include <br />wording which specifies that all stored topsoil will be seeded if not replaced <br />within one growing season after removal.
