Lessee may be required to undertake additional avoidance or mitigation measures to protect the quandrylquality of water supply to the Quaternary alluvium associated with the North Fork of the Gunnison River. Determination of any measures necessary will be made after submission of lessee's mine plan. (f) State Highway Right-of-Way. No mining-related disturbances will occur within 100 feet of the outside right-of-way boundary line for State Highway 133. The angle of draw (estimated at 25 degrees j will be dictated by the approved mine plan. Mining-related disturbances within 100 feet of the right-of-way may occur only after public notice and an opportunity for public hearing, subject to a written determination by the authorized officer that the interests of the public and the affected landowners will be protected.
