Cottony <br />Acting Division Director <br />Review of the Division's records indicate that the Eagle Mine Complex permit is scheduled to <br />expire on September 6, 2003. In accordance with Section 34-44-109(7)(d) of the Colorado <br />Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act and Section 2.08.5(2) of the Regulations of the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Boazd for Coal Mining, Trapper Mining, Inc. needs to submit a <br />complete application for renewal of the permit at least 180 days prior to the expiration of the <br />permit.
