All other conditions and requirements of Pera7it No. M-1988-044 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $99,768.23 for the Coal Creek Resources, when added to the existing liability amount <br />of $210,000.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in <br />the amount of $99,768.23.
