<br />TOGETHER WITH all of Grantor's right, title and interest
<br />in and to all easements, eater and water rights,
<br />reservoirs and reservoir rights, and ditches and ditch
<br />rights appurtenant to said land, and in and to ell
<br />improvements and fi:tares of a permanent nature on said
<br />land.
<br />RESERVING unto Grantor •11 coal, oil and gas, and an
<br />undivided one-half interest in ell gravel, in, upon and
<br />under said land, together with the sight to utilize so
<br />much of the surface of said land as ie reasonably
<br />necessary for the proper and convenient working of such
<br />coal, oil and Sae, and gravel subject to the obligation
<br />to pay surface damages, and further subject to the res-
<br />triction that no such surface utilization shall in any
<br />way obstruct or interfere with the construction, repair,
<br />reconstruction, maintenance or use of any rond or
<br />utility lines constructed on or buried beneath the
<br />surface of said land.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all of Grantor'• right, title and interest
<br />in and to all ocher minerals (excepting and reserving
<br />as aforesaid all coal, oil and gas, and an undivided
<br />one-half interest in all gravel) of every kind and
<br />character, including but not limited to oil shale,
<br />geothermal resources, fluorspar, bauxite, alunite,
<br />clay, uranium, •and and an undivided one-half interest
<br />in all gravel, in, upon and under said land.
