Long <br />Division Director <br />On January 30, 2001 [he Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to the <br />Division on November I, 2000, addressing [he following: <br />/itcrense acreage by 420 acres jar a total of 830 acres. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 3 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. <br />M-1984-041. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1984-041 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $1,344,200.00 for the Eagle-Gypsum Mine, Amendment 003 when added to the <br />existing liability amount of $85,500.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done so, <br />please submit additional bond in the amount of $1,344,200.00.
