It is my understanding there was a telephonic
request for those costs from Representative Renny Fagan's office
on April 27, 1989.
It is our understanding that under Rule 2.1.2(13) of the Mineral
Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
Board that an operator can keep confidential the reclamation
cost calculations, which Castle Concrete has done. I ask that
the reclamation costs not be released by the Staff or the Board
at the specific instruction of Gordon K. Morgan, Vice President
of Castle Concrete Company, a Colorado Corporation.
cc: Castle Concrete Company
Attn: Gordon K. Morgan, Vice President
P. O.
