C-91-078 - PR-Ol <br />Dear Mr. Ward: <br />We have received your application to revise (add Mining Area No. 3) your <br />current permit to conduct coal mining in Colorado. Our initial review <br />indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et sec. have been submitted. Thus, <br />your permit revision application has been deemed complete for the purposes of <br />filing on this date. All revie~n and comment periods as provided in the Act <br />and the .Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of riling. <br />!nles; notification to the contrary accomear:ies the; litter, the proposed <br />newspaper advertisement submit*.ed with the cermit revision application has <br />been found to be satisfactory. You should commence publication of this <br />advertisement as specified in Rule 2.07.3(Z> of the Regulations. AdDitional information may be <br />required for purposes of adequacy.
