Box 176, Oak Creek, CO 80467, was deemed complete for the purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. The applicant proposes to revise surface coal mining operations at the Edna Mine. The technical revision would provide designs for the facilities area drainage control plan. The Edna Mine permit area is described as follows: Township 5 North, Range 85 West of the 6th Principal Meridian: Sl/2 Sec. 19, SW1/4 Sec. 20, W1/2, W1/2 El/2 Sec. 30, Sec. 31 Township 5 North, Range 86 West of the 6th Principal Meridian: El/2 E1/2 Sec. 36 Township 4 North, Range 86 West of the 6th Principal Meridian: El/2 NE1/4, SEl/4 Sec. 12, Si/2, NE1/4, E1l2 NW1/4, SW1/4 NW1/4 Sec. 13, SE1/4 S1/2 NE1/4 Sec. 14, NEl/4 Sec. 23, N1/2, El/2 SW1/4, NW1/4 SW1/4, N1/2 SEl/4, Wl/2 SEl/4 Sec. 24, NEl/4, N1/2 SEl/4 Sec. 25 Township 4 North, Range 85 West of the 6th Principal Meridian: N1/2, SW1/4, W1/2 SE1/4 Sec. 7, NW1/4 NW1/4 Sec. 8, W1/2 W1/2 Sec. 17, Sec. 18, N1/2, SW1/4 Sec. 19, NW1/4 Sec. 30.
