Drawer 72 <br />Rifle, Colorado 81650 <br />RE: Nahcolite Project, Revision Approval, <br />Permit No. M-83-194,Revision No. AM-02 <br />Dear Mr, Baker: <br />On May 28, 1991 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board approved the <br />amendment application submitted to the Division on February 27, 1991, <br />addressing the increase in acreage from 43 acres to 73 acres. The terms <br />of the AM No. 02 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into <br />Permit No. M-83-194. ,411 other conditions and requirements of Permit No. <br />M-83-194 remain in full force and effect. <br />Please note that no distubance may take place on the new area until a new <br />financial warranty or a rider to your current warranty is accepted by the <br />Division increasing the reclamation bond to a total of E150,750.00. <br />If you have any questions, please contact Gregg R.
