Two copies of the application are on file <br />with the Division of Minerals and Geology. <br />This copy of the amendment application is delivered to you <br />pursuant to 34-32.5-112(9)(a), Colorado Revised Statutes 1995, as <br />amended, which states in part: <br />.... the applicant shall place a copy of such application for public inspection <br />at the office of the Board and Office of the County Clerk and Recorder of <br />the county in which the affected land is located. <br />This book must be kept for public review until the amendment <br />has been approved by the Division. We will contact you once it <br />is and make arrangements to pickup this copy. <br />Please acknowledge receipt of the copy of the permit amend- <br />ment by signing in the appropriate space provided below and <br />returning one copy of this letter to the person delivering the <br />book.
