This revision was prompted by the return of a few of the bond release letters <br />which were sent to the adjacent land owners. In one case, a new property owner (Truitt) was <br />identified since the last review of the Delta County records. <br />I mailed or re-mailed the final bond release letter to eight adjacent landowners. Enclosed is a <br />certificate of service to document the bond release letter was sent to the revised landowner addresses. <br />There following two landowners have not been noticed: <br />1 Ib. David R. Karau, Box 670 Cedaredge, CO 81413 <br />58. Virginia Stroud, 1877 - 2075 Drive, Cedaredge, CO 81413 <br />The Delta County records indicate the two property owners and addresses are correct. However, <br />both were returned by the post otlice noted "unable to forward return to sender". Furthermore, <br />neither landowner has a listed telephone number. I suspect the Delta County records do not reflect <br />new landowners for the two parcels (11 b R 58).
