Reveg Plan Mine 1
Permit C-81-001
I have reviewed the rclcrcnccd revision materials you provided to me. Assuming that the
changes rclcrcnccd in the cover letter arc the only changes included in the application text and
tttblcs, the revision would appear to be approvable. The proposed seedtnix would appear to be
~ appropriate, and apparently would be more diverse than the currently approved mix.
I do have a couple questions. First, can you verify that success standards for species diversity,
woody plant density, and seasonal variety arc not being changed within the revised pages? if
they azc, the proposal would aced to be submitted as a technical revision. Second, Exhibit 22-1
indicates that all Seedmix l Rangeland areas are subject to the requirements of 4. I S.l (1 (i.e. pre-
law disturbance areas which were abandoned and subsequently re-disturbed subsequent to
August 3, 1977). Is this correct?
Give me a cull if you have any questions.
r
1 3Q3 2410336 III'IIIIIIII"II'II
STATE QF CQLORADU
