Following are BRL's responses to the DMG's comments and
concerns.
The DMG listed the 5 "sites" that are to be transferred to the permit. There is a mistake
in item (1 ). Item (1) should read BD-101.
2. Three additional sites need to be incorporated into the permit. They are:
a. BL-101 A
b. BL-102
c. BL-102A
Enclosed are completion diagrams for the three additional sites and a new drawing that
shows the location of the eight (8) sites.
3. The 180-day report missed two sites, BL-101A and BL-102A. A total of twelve holes
were drilled under NOI CX-2001-217-07. Eight (8) are to be transferred to the mining
permit and four (4) were sealed. Well abandonment reports will be submitted under
separate cover for the four (4) wells that were sealed, BL-101, BD-102, BD-104 and BS-
104.
Sincerely,
'J. E.
