<br />Seneca Coal Company, 36600 Routt County Road 27, P.O. Box 670,
<br />Hayden, Colorado 81639, has filed with the Colorado Division of
<br />Minerals and Geology, a Technical Revision (No. 18) to the Yoast
<br />Mine, Permit C-94-082. This revision provides the remedial repair
<br />plan and slope stability analysis following the repairs for the
<br />landslide area above sedimentation pond 012.
<br />The general legal description of the Yoast Permit Area is

<br />The Yoast Mine is located approximately 8.5 miles southeast of
<br />the Town of Hayden, Colorado. The USGS 7.5 Minute Quadrangle Maps
<br />of Dunckley and Mt. Barris contain the described permit area. No
<br />change in land use is associated with this revision.
<br />A copy of the complete technical revision is available for public
<br />inspection at the Hayden Public Library, 225 E. Jefferson Avenue,
<br />Hayden, Colorado 81639.
