The former
owners Tom and Debbie Fischer so]d their property at 69139 Vemal Road, Montrose,
CO. to Glen and Vickie Neigenfind-(same address). It's the same well you mentioned to
Greg Lewicki on or about June 13m, 2007
I visited with the new owners, explained our wet mining plans for the Colona Pit, and
showed them maps of the reclamation. Enclosed is a 600 Foot Well Spacing Statement
signed by Glen and Vickie Neigenfeld, the new owners of the property.
Does providing your office with this Well Spacing Statement allow United Companies to
move forwazd on mining plans as far as your office is concerned?
Sincerely,
Brent W.
