MINE PERMIT C-81-019 <br />APPLICATION FOR PERMIT RENEWAL, RN-4 <br />Dear Mr. Walker, <br />Please find enclosed a completed application for Renewal of a Valid, Existing Permit To <br />Conduct Minina in Colorado for the Colowyo Coal Company. This application is being <br />submitted to the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology pursuant to Rule 2.08.5(2). <br />In accordance with Rule 2.08.5(2)(b)(ii) acopy of the newspaper notice to be placed in <br />the Craig Daily Press is provided for your review.
